About Mr. Randy

Mr. Randy is a distinguished Physics tutor with a stellar academic background and an unwavering dedication to education. A graduate of Nanyang Technological University (NTU) with Honours (Distinction) in Pure Physics, he has excelled both academically and competitively. His achievements include winning International Silver Medals at the University Physics Competition (2021 and 2022) and securing 2nd Runner-Up at PLANCKS Singapore (2022). A former Physics tutor at NYJC and Physics & Math Head Coach, Mr. Randy has >5+ years helping students break down complex Physics concepts and achieve top results in A-Level exams.

What makes Mr. Randy stand out is his resilience in overcoming challenges. Despite facing hearing impairment since childhood, he excelled in university and credits his bold discipline and strategic time management for his success. His experiences give him a unique ability to empathize with students who face their own obstacles, motivating them to persevere and excel.

In addition to teaching, Mr. Randy rose to fame as a TikTok content creator during his university years. Known for his fun and engaging videos on Physics concepts and study tips, he has inspired thousands of students with his innovative approach. His viral clip on quantum electrodynamics garnered over 7,000 likes, showcasing his ability to make even the most challenging topics accessible and enjoyable.
